Yet another chapter unfolded yesterday towards the restructuring of the issuance process of Birth, Marriage and Death certificates. According to the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka that functions under the Presidential Secretariat, 800,000 birth certificates have been digitized at the Thimbirigasyaya Divisional Secretariat.
